Job summary

PT In Fashion is Bali's fashion-oriented manufacturer seeking a detail-driven Shopify Admin to oversee day-to-day Shopify backend operations.

You will ensure data accuracy, manage products, inventory, and collections while supporting launches and site updates to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• 1+ year experience working in Shopify Admin or strong internship/portfolio.
• High attention to detail (you catch mistakes before customers do).
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), CSV imports/exports.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations (products, variants, inventory, fulfillment).
• Clear communication and strong follow-through.
• Have a good English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Shopify admin: products, variants, pricing, tags, collections, and navigation.
• Create and QA product pages (titles, descriptions, imagery, size info, metafields).
• Manage inventory updates and coordinate with ops/warehouse to reduce stock issues.
• Support product launches: scheduling, merchandising, QA checks, and post-launch fixes.
• Maintain discount codes, basic promotions setup, and storefront housekeeping.
• Coordinate with Customer Support for order issues that require Shopify back-end support.
• Monitor site issues (broken links, missing images, incorrect variants, checkout errors).
• Support reporting tasks (basic Shopify reports, exports, Google Sheets updates).
• Maintain SOPs/checklists to prevent repeat errors and improve workflow.

Role Overview
