Job summary

PT Cut Make Trim, a Bali-based apparel manufacturer, is seeking a proactive Merchandiser to coordinate garment production, monitor timelines, and ensure quality across the supply chain. You will liaise between clients and internal production teams to keep orders moving smoothly from approval to delivery.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in garment merchandising, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Shopify and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Garment Merchandiser
• Good understanding of garment production processes
• Strong interest in fashion
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication
• Familiarity with Shopify is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Collaborative mindset and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient garment manufacturing and on-time delivery
• Monitor and manage production schedules to meet client requirements and delivery deadlines
• Conduct regular product quality checks and promptly address any quality concerns
• Communicate with clients professionally, providing production updates and responding to inquiries
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders progress smoothly from production to delivery
