Job summary

Tentang Anak is seeking a proactive Marketplace Affiliate to expand and optimize our affiliate network, with a focus on Shopee. You will recruit new affiliate partners, develop growth strategies, and manage relationships to drive affiliate sales.

The role requires strong analytics, communication, and organizational skills, with responsibilities spanning campaigns, reporting, and administrative tasks to support the program's success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, especially with Shopee or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategy.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and affiliate marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new affiliate partners and onboard them to expand the network focusing on Shopee.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow affiliate revenue and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and provide support.
• Increase affiliate numbers and sales through targeted initiatives.
• Plan marketing programs and promotions for Shopee affiliate updates.
• Monitor, analyze, and recap performance of affiliates and the overall program.
• Handle administrative tasks including contract management and payments.
