Job summary

PT.Altaf Digdaya Indonesia (Cave Men’s Grooming) is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive Shopee affiliate deals and GMV targets. You will lead the affiliate team, ensuring daily broadcasts and monitoring campaigns, while delivering weekly progress reports to leadership.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, onboarding new affiliates, and maintaining strong affiliate relationships to grow the brand in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and performance-based marketing.
• Experience in skincare or personal care is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve target number of new affiliate deals per month via Shopee program.
• Achieve specified GMV target from Shopee affiliate campaigns.
• Maintain Shopee Affiliate group and grow active new members monthly.
• Ensure daily broadcasts by the affiliate team are carried out consistently.
• Monitor deals and content produced by the affiliate team.
• Approve daily samples from affiliators with 100% accuracy (Shopee).
• Prepare weekly reports on affiliate progress, challenges and feedback to lead.
