Job summary

PT Bayi Kiddy Indonesia is seeking an Affiliate & Content Marketing Specialist to drive affiliate relations, data-driven strategy, and engaging content across social channels. You will identify top performers, craft video content for Shopee Video, and develop campaigns aligned with product goals.

The role requires at least 1 year in affiliate or influencer marketing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL/Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Content Creator or Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

Outreach, recruitment, and management of affiliates/KOLs/creators.
Analyze data on GMV, orders, conversions, content quantity, affiliate performance.
Identify top affiliates/products and provide data-driven recommendations.
Create short-form video content for Shopee Video and social media.
Develop content ideas including hook, script, caption, and CTA.
Basic video editing using CapCut or similar tools.
Monitor content trends and adapt to products/market.
