Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim Batam is seeking an HRGA Assistant Manager to lead HR operations and general administration at our shipyard facility. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and policy development to support efficient shipyard operations and workforce productivity.

The role requires a bachelor’s in HR or related field, 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing or heavy industry, and strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-6 years of HR and General Administration experience in manufacturing, shipyard, or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and payroll in shipyard context.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and leave administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Indonesian labour laws.
• Coordinate health, safety, and wellness programs for shipyard staff.
• Liaise with external bodies and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support HR Manager on strategic initiatives and organizational improvements.
• Manage office administration and procurement for the HRGA function.
