Job summary

PT Haswin Hijau Perkasa is seeking an experienced Shipping Officer/Coordinator to manage local/domestic shipping and logistics, including barge and container shipments from Gresik, East Java. You will coordinate vessel bookings, schedules, and relevant documentation, working closely with shipping lines, agents, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in shipping/logistics, strong documentation skills, and the ability to multitask across shipments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or related roles.
• Familiar with domestic shipping operations, barge/vessel bookings for log/timber cargo and container shipments.
• Strong understanding of shipping documentation and port operations.
• Experience coordinating with shipping lines, vessels/barge owners, agents, and trucking providers.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple shipments/schedules.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with logistics systems is a plus.
• Willing to be based in Gresik, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate barge/vessel bookings for log and timber shipments.
• Coordinate container bookings and shipping arrangements for domestic shipments.
• Manage end-to-end shipping schedules, documentation, and coordination with shipping lines, agents, and logistics providers.
• Coordinate vessel/barge loading and unloading activities with the relevant teams.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle shipping documents, including B/L, shipping instructions, delivery orders, and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, shipping agents, ports, and internal teams.
• Ensure all shipping activities comply with company procedures and applicable regulations.
