Pou Chen Group Indonesia is actively seeking a Footwear Developer to oversee the development and production of our footwear lines. The role requires coordinating with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to meet timelines and uphold quality standards.

The successful candidate will create product specifications, manage development schedules, and ensure timely launches through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a shoe developer.
• Diploma or combination of secondary school and experience.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of shoes manufacturing process is preferable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration.

Responsibilities
