Job summary

Shopee Medan is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment. You will manage inbound, outbound, and inventory processes while aligning operations with KPI targets and supervising manpower and shift schedules.

You will lead continuous improvement efforts to boost productivity and accuracy, coordinating with related departments to support smooth operational performance in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor working area remains safe, clean, and organized in accordance with company standards
• Manage and monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and target achievement
• Oversee end-to-end Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes
• Control operational activities based on established KPI and SLA targets
• Manage manpower allocation and operational team schedules effectively
• Develop team performance, discipline, and operational competencies
• Coordinate with related departments to support smooth operational processes
• Ensure accuracy in warehouse processes and administrative activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and operational performance
