Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1–3 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain with supervisory experience.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end warehouse flows: Inbound, Outbound, Inventory control.
• Ability to manage manpower planning and daily performance against KPIs/SLAs.
• Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office (Excel) for reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain, with proven supervisory or team leadership experience
• Solid functional knowledge of end-to-end warehouse flows, including Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory control
• Proven ability to manage recurring operational schedules, manpower planning, and daily performance deliverables against strict KPIs and SLAs
• Proficiency in handling warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools (specifically Excel and Spreadsheets) for reporting
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across departments in a structured environment
