Job summary

The role requires 4+ years in Quality, SHE, or Security, with strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations and cross-functional collaboration. English proficiency is essential for global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 4+ years in Quality, SHE or Security management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian OHS and environmental regulations and standards.
• Experience in developing and maintaining management-system documentation.
• Experience with internal audits, non-conformance, and CAPA processes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Quality, SHE, and Security policies and standards.
• Maintain documentation structure, templates, and registration workflows.
• Analyze regulatory changes and assess impacts on standards.
• Ensure alignment of registered standards with regulations and docs.
• Monitor implementation of standards across operations and audit compliance.
• Lead audits, manage non-conformances, and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare integrated compliance reports for management.
• Act as liaison with regulators, auditors, customers, and stakeholders.
