Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a senior leader to steer the company-wide quality management system and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate ISO implementation, manage process governance, and lead audits to ensure compliance and sustained business value.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in QMS and regulatory adherence to advance organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or related field.
• 6–8 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Proven experience in QMS, ISO implementation, and business process management.
• Knowledge of SIPOC, Value Chain, and process mapping.
• Familiarity with Lean & Six Sigma, Kaizen, Design Thinking, or similar methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
• Ensure integration of ISO, SMAP, OHS, and related standards across units.
• Manage process governance, mapping, and effectiveness evaluation.
• Plan and execute internal/external audits and management reviews.
• Develop improvement programs to boost efficiency, productivity, and value.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardization and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Foster collaboration and situational leadership to build a quality-focused culture.
