Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a compliance professional to support the Head of Legal, Compliance & Risk Management in establishing and maintaining effective compliance frameworks. You will monitor regulatory changes, update policies, and liaise with OJK and regulators to protect the company from legal and compliance risks.

The role requires experience in compliance, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of AML/CFT processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with any major from accredited university.
• Having sufficient experience in compliance function in the Organization/ Corporation minimum 7 years. Having experience as compliance function in insurance industry will be more advantageous.
• Having strong analytical thinking and able to work in under pressure, thorough and careful.
• Good knowledge in prevailing regulation and regulatory reports to regulator;
• Having capability to liaise and communicate with regulator and other government officials;
• Having experience in handling fraud and misconduct committed by internal parties or external parties.
• Having a good comprehension in English will be preferrable.
• Good understanding in AML/CFT and process of Customer due diligence

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Legal, Compliance & Risk Management Division in ensuring the appropriated compliance function is in place to protect the Company from any potential legal risks and compliance risk;
• Ensure awareness of any regulatory changes and advise on any necessary changes to company policies and procedures in order the Company remains compliant with the prevailing regulation.
• Build and maintain relationship with OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan). Self Regulatory Bodies and/or other related Government Officials and third party in order the Company business operational can be run well.
• Supporting AML/CFT program.
• Ensure all statutory reports are submitted in timely manner.
• Monitoring and evaluating the Company procedures, policies, SOPs in regular basis to ensure they are still in place and align with the applicable laws & regulation.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit in handling fraud.
• Maintaining records of compliance practice.
• Coordinating rollout and training of new or updated policies and regulations (if required).
