Hop Lun Group is seeking an Asst. Process Manager with a minimum of 5 years in ladies underwear garment production. The role centers on coordinating sewing lines, maintaining quality and output, and balancing manpower with production needs.

Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for on-time delivery. The candidate will oversee daily and monthly functions, collaborate with line supervisors, and ensure efficient operations across sewing processes and materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any major with preference for manufacturing or garment industry.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in sewing/garment operations.
• Strong leadership and line management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor daily sewing processes with supervisors.
• Balance manpower and monitor efficiency across lines.
• Track WIP, output, and line performance metrics.
• Coordinate with IE to avoid bottlenecks and ensure smooth line operation.
• Ensure timely delivery and line stability.
• Oversee material and accessories handling for sewing processes.
• Support pre-production meetings and 5S activities.
• Follow up on loading, recuts, and pending style issues.
