Job summary

Hop Lun Group is seeking a Logistic Manager to lead the logistics team, ensuring on-time export of finished goods and samples, and managing imports of raw materials and equipment. The role requires coordination with PMC, warehouse, and production, with a focus on accurate documentation and cost-effective transportation.

The candidate should have 5+ years in garment/logistics, strong customs relationships in Central Java, a bachelor’s degree, fluent English, and solid data skills to display

Qualifications

5+ years post-qualification experience in garment industry/bonded zone
Good relationship with Customs in Central Java
Bachelor’s degree from any major
Fluent English, spoken and written
Advanced computer skills and data presentation abilities
Strong leadership, planning and communication skills
High integrity and responsibility

Responsibilities

Communicate with PMC, Warehouse, and Production to update on production order status
Oversee new customs clearance for outgoing samples and finished goods
Monitor documentation for importing raw materials/machinery with stakeholders
Ensure certificate of inspection from Customs for exports
