Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for on-time delivery. The candidate will oversee daily and monthly functions, collaborate with line supervisors, and ensure efficient operations across sewing processes and materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any major with preference for manufacturing or garment industry.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in sewing/garment operations.
• Strong leadership and line management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor daily sewing processes with supervisors.
• Balance manpower and monitor efficiency across lines.
• Track WIP, output, and line performance metrics.
• Coordinate with IE to avoid bottlenecks and ensure smooth line operation.
• Ensure timely delivery and line stability.
• Oversee material and accessories handling for sewing processes.
• Support pre-production meetings and 5S activities.
• Follow up on loading, recuts, and pending style issues.

Overview:

We are a global leader in ladies’ intimate wear manufacturing and design, seeking a dedicated Asst. Process Manager with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.

The role is to Handle All process Sewing line bra and panty related to coordination, follow-up and monitoring quality and production quantity.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Functions:

• Controlling and monitoring daily sewing process with supervisor sewing
• Monitoring balancing process to avoid bottle neck coordination with IE Department
• Monitoring absence operator per line and line supervisor (Sewing Man Power)
• Help line supervisor to balancing man power
• Check actual output and efficiency all sewing process
• Check production WIP
• Monitoring the effectiveness job of line supervisor
• Responsible to controlling accessories and material all sewing process

Monthly Functions:

• Review and action to promotion, demotion and mutation sewing team
• Build up target, Efficiency and SAH per Line compare with IE’s data

Other Regular Functions:

• Follow up loading, recut and pending style issue
• Follow up Pre Production Meeting for next running style
• Monitoring 5S

Special Assignments:

• Ensuring on time delivery
• Ensuring Line running smooth

Key Requirements:

• Experience in the same position and related field (Ladies Underwear Garment Industry) for minimum 5 years
• Having Technical Sewing skills would be preferable
• Diploma, from any Majors
• Able to perform all sewing machines type
• Able to operate PC using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
• English proficiency would be an advantage
• Deep knowledge about tools, concepts and methodologies of sewing process in garment industry, especially underwear
• Capable of reading & understanding production documents (MO, OPN, etc.)
