Job summary

Garment is seeking a Chief / Supervisor Sewing to manage sewing lines and ensure production targets are met. You will monitor line performance, optimize manpower, and coordinate with related departments to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of the sewing process, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining quality across multiple lines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in garment production, particularly Sewing.
• Experience as Chief Sewing, Sewing Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or equivalent position.
• Understand entire sewing process and production workflow.
• Understand target output, efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Good leadership capability and able to direct team.
• Firm, disciplined, responsible, communicative, and able to work under production targets.
• Willing to work according to company operational needs.
• Experience in garment factory, especially mass production/export garment.
• Experience handling multiple sewing lines.
• Experience leading Leaders, Supervisors, and sewing operators.
