Job summary

Hop Lun Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in garment QA to lead the QA team and instill a quality mindset across the plant.

You will develop and audit QA systems, oversee customer final inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive improvements. Fluent English is required; a local language is a plus. Diploma and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QA experience in garments.
• Diploma degree required.
• Fluent English; local language ability a must.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the QA system in line with Group standards.
• Audit QA processes and oversee customer final inspections.
• Audit compliance to metal-free and needle-control systems.
• Review internal and customer quality reports; identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with functions to identify root causes and develop solutions.
• Define and communicate the quality mindset and establish metrics.
• Lead plant-wide quality mindset programs and track performance.
• Provide technical/training support to continually upgrade QA skills.
