Industrial Stainless Steel Fabrications (PVT) Ltd seeks a skilled Service Technician to install, commission, maintain and repair machinery at customer sites across Indonesia. Qualifications

• Relevant technical education in mechanical, industrial maintenance or mechatronics.
• 3–4 years hands-on technician or after-sales service experience with industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and automation troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read technical documentation and communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

Key responsibilities

Carry out installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, servicing, and repair activities for machinery and equipment.

Attend customer sites or remotely in Indonesia to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues with installed machinery.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical manuals, electrical schematics, and equipment documentation.

Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults involving sensors, motors, drives, wiring, and control systems.

Troubleshoot industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and related control components, and assist with fault diagnosis and basic program or parameter checks where appropriate.

Coordinate with our engineering team and customer teams to resolve service issues, provide technical support, and maintain clear records of service activities, findings, and corrective actions.

About you

Relevant technical education or vocational training in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.

3–4 years of hands‑on technician or after‑sales service experience, preferably with industrial machinery.

Strong hands‑on mechanical, electrical and automation troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills.

Practical experience with electrical systems; knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs, and HMIs is highly desirable.

Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate technical issues and solutions clearly.

Ability to work independently, solve technical problems, and manage service assignments with minimal supervision.

Good written and spoken English.

Willingness to travel to customer sites within Indonesia when required.

Flexible remote‑working arrangement with a base in Indonesia.

Independence, autonomy, and flexibility in managing technical responsibilities.
