Job summary

Adecco Indonesia is seeking a Service Consultant (PCO License Holder) to oversee service operations for a leading pest management and environmental hygiene client from South Korea. You will lead field teams, manage customer relationships, and drive B2B sales initiatives.

The role requires at least 5 years in pest management or related operations, a valid PCO certification preferred, and fluency in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pest management, service operations, field operations, pest control, and facility management.
• Experience in team leadership or field staff supervision is preferred.
• Pest Control / PCO certification is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily service operations and field activities.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and safety compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop service staff.
• Identify and acquire new B2B customers.
• Conduct site surveys, client meetings, and service presentations.
• Prepare proposals and support contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pest management, service operations, field operations, pest control, and facility management.
• Experience in team leadership or field staff supervision is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Background in Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Facility Management is an advantage.
• Pest Control / PCO certification is preferred.
