Adecco Indonesia is seeking a Service Consultant (PCO License Holder) to oversee service operations, lead the field team, and drive B2B client development for a pest management and environmental hygiene leader from South Korea.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pest management, service operations, field operations, pest control, and facility management.
• Experience in team leadership or field staff supervision is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Background in Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Facility Management is an advantage.
• Pest Control / PCO certification is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian (spoken & written).

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily service operations and field activities.

• Coordinate with management and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

This role will be responsible for service operations, team leadership, customer management, and B2B business development.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Team Management

• Manage daily service operations and field activities.
