Role Description

The Server role at Gajah Putih Bali is a full-time, on-site position based in Ubud, open to candidates residing in Bali only. Servers are responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, explaining set courses, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring a smooth flow of service throughout the dining and performance experience. The role includes coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, maintaining table settings, monitoring guest satisfaction, and handling special requests professionally. Servers are also expected to follow reservation protocols, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and support the team in preparing the dining area before and after service.

Qualifications
