Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking an Assistant Head of Serology to support the Serology Section Head in managing serological testing operations (HI & ELISA) for poultry health surveillance. You will oversee daily lab activities, mentor technicians, ensure quality control, biosafety, and data reporting.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, method development, inventory management, and contributing to the Quality Management System aligned with ISO/IEC 17025-2017.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• Experience with serological techniques (ELISA, HI, AGPT).
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 quality management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise a team of technicians.

Responsabilités

• Plan and direct daily serology lab activities.
• Supervise and train technicians in serology.
• Ensure adherence to protocols and biosafety.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Develop and validate serological methods.
• Analyze data and prepare reports.
• Manage reagents and supplies inventory.
• Support ISO/IEC 17025 Quality Management System.
• Assist in R&D initiatives in animal health diagnostics.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and data management.
