The role involves planning daily laboratory activities, supervising technicians, maintaining QC and biosafety standards, and contributing to quality management and R&D initiatives within the serology section.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine (S-1), fresh graduate.
• Experience with serological techniques: ELISA, HI, AGPT.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC and biosafety principles.
• Ability to supervise and mentor lab staff.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Serology Section Head in planning daily lab activities.
• Supervise and train junior technicians in serology assays.
• Maintain QC, biosafety, and calibration of equipment.
• Develop and validate new serology methods and improve existing ones.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Manage inventory of reagents and consumables.
• Contribute to ISO/IEC 17025-2017 quality management implementation.
• Record-keeping and data management for tests.
