Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine (S-1), fresh graduate.
• Experience with serological techniques: ELISA, HI, AGPT.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC and biosafety principles.
• Ability to supervise and mentor lab staff.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Serology Section Head in planning daily lab activities.
• Supervise and train junior technicians in serology assays.
• Maintain QC, biosafety, and calibration of equipment.
• Develop and validate new serology methods and improve existing ones.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Manage inventory of reagents and consumables.

Job Summary:\\*\\* The Assistant Head of Serology will support the Serology Section Head in managing and overseeing serological (HI & ELISA) testing operations within PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, ensuring accurate and timely results for disease surveillance and control in poultry health. Job Responsibilities:\\*\\*. \\* Assist the Head of in planning, organizing, and directing daily serology laboratory activities.\\* Supervise and train junior laboratory technicians on serological testing procedures, including ELISA, agglutination, and other relevant assays.\\* Ensure adherence to established laboratory protocols, quality control standards, and biosafety guidelines.\\* Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper functioning.\\* Participate in the development and validation of new serological testing methods and improve existing ones.\\* Analyze and interpret serological data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.\\* Manage inventory of reagents, consumables, and laboratory supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.\\* Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of a robust Quality Management System (ISO/IEC 17025-2017) within the serology section.\\* Assist in research and development initiatives related to animal health diagnostics.\\* Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management for all serological tests performed.
