Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine (S-1)
• Fresh graduate
• Experience with serology techniques (ELISA, HI, AGPT) and mycotoxin testing
• Strong QA/QC knowledge and biosafety awareness
• Ability to supervise and mentor laboratory staff
• Good data analysis and reporting skills

Responsabilités

• Assist the Section Head in planning, organizing, and directing daily serology lab activities.
• Supervise and train junior laboratory technicians on serological testing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to laboratory protocols, QC standards, and biosafety guidelines.
• Oversee maintenance and calibration of equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Contribute to development and validation of new serological methods and improve existing ones.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Support ISO/IEC 17025-2017 quality management in the serology section.
• Support R&D initiatives in animal health diagnostics.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management.
