Job summary

SP Manufacturing in Batam seeks a Senior Engineer/Executive for Wire Harness to lead design, development, and manufacturing of harness systems. You will drive technical leadership and project oversight in a fast‑paced engineering team.

The role requires CAD expertise (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD Electrical or E3), knowledge of IPC/WHMA‑A‑620, IATF 16949 or ISO 13485, and strong cross‑functional collaboration for NPI and reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience with GD&T, DFM and DFMEA risk analyses.
• Proficiency in wiring diagrams, BOMs, and 2D/3D layouts.
• Experience collaborating with procurement, quality and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and manufacturing of wire harness systems.
• Oversee NPI activities and prototyping with cross‑functional teams.
• Generate and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics and BOMs.
• Engage in customer technical reviews and communicate clearly in English.
