• Lead NPI process engineering assistants during new product introductions.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Supervise process implementation in production during launches.
• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception to startup and certification.
• Assess processes, measure and interpret data.
• Design, test and upgrade systems and processes.
• Develop best practices and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality.
• Perform process simulations and manage costs and time constraints.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide operating instructions.
