Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI Process Engineering Assistants.
• Prepare process documentation.
• Review and update engineering work instructions.
• Supervise process implementation during product launches.
• Develop and optimize industrial processes from inception to startup.
• Assess processes, measure and interpret data.
• Design, run, test and upgrade systems.
• Develop best practices and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality.
• Perform process simulations.
• Manage cost and time constraints; perform risk assessments.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
