Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse operations/ logistics experience
• Proficiency with receiving, inspection, storage, inventory control, and warehouse documentation
• Ability to read delivery documents and related records
• Relevant training or certification before rigging or operating regulated equipment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, movement and issuance of materials, equipment and consumables
• Verify packages and quantities against delivery records
• Record receipt details and ensure traceability
• Inspect materials for condition, grade, and compliance with documentation
• Operate or assist with material-handling equipment as trained and certified
• Allocate materials to storage locations and maintain accurate binning and labeling
• Prepare accurate warehouse activity and inventory reports within deadlines
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas and workplaces
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality policies
