• Provide clear creative direction and creative briefs and translate briefs from stakeholders into actionable plans.
• Direct and mentor the creative team with guidance, feedback, and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop concepts and a content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan, organize, and track multiple projects simultaneously, managing resources and deadlines.
• Participate in the creative process with expertise in video/photography/graphic design as needed.
• Review final content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and quality standards before publication.
• Facilitate revisions based on stakeholder feedback and ensure timely implementation.
• Organize and maintain a library of visual assets.
