Job summary

PT Multi Sukses Kolabo seeks a senior creative leader to oversee the video, photo, and graphic content program in Bandung. You will guide the creative process, translate briefs to action, and ensure brand quality from concept through delivery.

Lead the team, manage multiple projects, and maintain a strong portfolio while hands-on creating with Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. WFO Bandung with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience with 2-3 years in leadership or project management.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating video, photography, and/or graphic design skills.
• Deep understanding of the complete content creation process from pre-production to post-production.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Lightroom; familiarity with mirrorless cameras (Sony Alpha 7 III).
• Experience with After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate concepts and provide feedback.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset; able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full production timeline for video and photo content, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Provide clear creative direction and convert briefs into actionable plans.
• Direct and mentor the creative team with guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop concepts and a content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan, organize, and track multiple projects, managing resources and deadlines.
• Contribute creatively in graphic design, photography, or video production as needed.
• Review final content to ensure brand guidelines and quality before publication.
• Facilitate revisions and ensure timely implementation of stakeholder feedback.
• Organize and maintain a library of all visual assets.
