Job summary

PT Nusaraya TalentLink Indonesia is seeking a Social Media & Content Creator Lead to develop and execute social media strategies, lead a creative team, and manage digital content across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

The ideal candidate will craft content plans, calendars, campaigns; oversee production and analytics; and apply storytelling skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, and Photoshop to deliver consistent brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Broadcasting, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
• Experience leading or managing creative or social media teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategy for the company.
• Lead the Social Media & Content Creator team.
• Determine content concepts aligned with brand identity.
• Oversee content production and publication processes.
• Analyse social media performance and prepare reports.
