Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia seeks a Senior Creative & Graphic Designer to own concept-to-execution on flagship design work, and to set craft direction across the network. You will safeguard visual consistency, mentor junior designers, and lift the craft in brand, campaigns, and events.

You will work across Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva Teams, pairing taste with judgment to deliver premium visuals on time. Experience in brand systems and art direction is essential.

Qualifications

• Min 5–6+ years in graphic/creative design; brand, campaign, or agency experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing concept-to-execution across brand visuals, social, and event work (Portfolio required).
• Expert command of Adobe Creative Cloud; fluent in Canva Teams.
• Strong art direction, typography, layout, and brand-systems thinking.
• Able to mentor junior designers and maintain high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand's design system and visual guidelines.
• Build reusable templates and component libraries for consistency.
• Safeguard visual quality across print, digital, social, and event assets.
• Deliver flagship design work: key visuals, out-of-home, event collateral, and social assets.
• Mentor and review work to ensure premium feel before shipping.
