Job summary

aCommerce in Indonesia is seeking a senior graphic design team lead to guide the creative unit, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client expectations. You will manage design campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visuals.

You will coach designers, maintain brand consistency across digital collateral, and drive process improvements across beauty and fashion client work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on Graphic designer experience.
• Excellent in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Excellent in UX / UI is a plus
• Able to design for desktop, mobile and tablet
• Able to do motion graphics and video
• Able to design in all categories, especially beauty and fashion
• Be initiative, always create new things for team development
• Good English skill

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production process for brand marketing collateral and creative projects, including budgets and timelines.
• Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Coach and guide team members, communicate internal plans and methodologies to stakeholders, and maintain client-centered project management.
• Maintain brand consistency across all online collateral and lead design briefs and presentations.
• Oversee multiple projects, review creative work for brand standards, and monitor budgets to stay within parameters.
