Job summary

tiket.com is seeking a proactive intern to support hotel partners with administrative tasks and system support. You will help enhance hotel product competitiveness and assist in partnership registrations and related documentation.

You will also work with Market Managers on internal processes, participate in weekly progress reviews, and communicate updates with internal stakeholders. This 6-month program is ideal for a final-year student seeking hands-on OTA industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final-semester student (min 7 semesters)
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written
• Self-starter who can adapt in ambiguous and high-pressure situations
• Detail-oriented and fast learner who can strategize quickly
• Capable of swiftly acquiring new competencies and taking on additional responsibilities
• Demonstrate resourcefulness in handling tasks and adapting to changing situations
• Able to commit for 6 months

Responsibilities

• Support hotel partners with administrative work and system support
• Improve hotel product competitiveness against competitors
• Manage partnership registration processes and related documentation
• Assist Market Managers with internal operational processes and coordination
• Conduct weekly reviews on project and administrative progress
• Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding project updates and internal processes
