Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to help manage and record Air, Land, Hotel, and Car reservations for a US-based client. The role requires fluent English, travel-industry experience, and familiarity with Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

You will handle documentation, maintain data accuracy, and support back-office operations, including night shifts and weekend work, onsite in BSD City, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in the travel industry.
• Hands-on experience with GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and numerical skills.
• Willing to work onsite at BSD City, Tangerang.
• Willing to work a permanent night shift to support US-based operations.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate documentation and data records for Air, Land, Hotel, and Car reservations.
• Review reservation data and documentation to ensure all information meets required standards.
• Identify discrepancies or inaccuracies and make the necessary corrections in a timely manner.
• Ensure all operational records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
• Manage and respond to operational inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Review and analyze information to identify potential issues or discrepancies in reservation records.
• Escalate complex or higher-level inquiries to the appropriate channel when required.
• Support day-to-day back-office operations to ensure smooth and accurate processing of travel-related requests.
