Job summary

Graha Trans is seeking a Transport & Logistics Manager to oversee all fleet, routing, and delivery operations in Magelang, Central Java. You will lead a team, optimize utilization of over 100 trucks, and ensure SLA commitments while controlling costs and maintaining service quality.

Requirements include a D3 or higher with 5 years in transport/logistics, leadership skills, and willingness to standby 24/7 as needed. Based in Magelang, Java Tengah area.

Qualifications

• D3 education minimum with 5 years of experience.
• At least 5 years in transportation/logistics.
• Experience managing a fleet of 100 trucks.
• Experience handling express shipments with tight SLA.
• Knowledge of Java Island distribution area, especially Central Java.
• Leadership, problem solving, analytical thinking, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Transport & Fleet Management: plan, organize and supervise transport ops to meet targets.
• Operational Planning & Monitoring: daily, weekly, monthly plans and ensure on-time delivery.
• Performance & Cost Management: analyze target achievement and cost reduction opportunities.
• Express Shipment & Distribution Management: ensure express shipments meet service levels.
• Customer Relationship Management: maintain and develop customer relations and resolve issues.
• Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: analyze issues and implement improvements.
• Team Leadership & People Management: lead and coach supervisors and staff.
• Compliance & Operational Control: ensure SOPs and safety policies are followed.
