PT Rakamin Kolektif Madani seeks a Sr. Workforce Transformation Consultant/Lead to drive end-to-end transformation by aligning people, process, and technology across up to four client engagements. You will coordinate Sr.

Product Consultants, maintain executive relationships, and pursue expansion opportunities. You will lead change management, stakeholder alignment, and ensure measurable business impact with a strong focus on adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in project/program management, management consulting, or organizational transformation, including at least 2–3 years leading multi-stakeholder engagements at the executive/C-level
Proven track record of leading end-to-end transformation programs that connect People, Process, and Technology, with clear evidence of measurable business impact
Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent engagements (2–4 projects) with competing priorities and deadlines
Strong track record in change management and stakeholder alignment, including managing resistance, driving buy-in, and securing executive sponsorship
Experience owning client relationships at the executive level, including contract renewal, account growth, or upsell/cross-sell conversations
Familiar with delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid), project governance, RAID management, and scope control practices
Comfortable making trade-off decisions and escalation calls under ambiguity, incomplete information, or conflicting stakeholder interests
Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams without formal direct-report authority
Sound commercial/business acumen — translate delivery outcomes into business value, identify expansion or upsell opportunities
Mature communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to VP/C-level audiences
Experience mentoring or enabling other consultants/leads is a strong plus
Prior exposure to HR services, recruitment, technology, or SaaS is an advantage
Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken) including executive-level reports and presentations
Based in Jabodetabek with in-person collaboration requirements
Willing to travel within Jabodetabek as needed

Responsibilities

Define the transformation strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for each client engagement
Translate ambiguous client problems into a structured transformation plan spanning people, process, and technology
Set direction and priorities across the portfolio of engagements
Oversee delivery across multiple engagements (up to 4 projects) ensuring scope, timeline, and quality
Coordinate Sr. Product Consultants on solution direction, milestones, and quality
Review and approve trade-off decisions and scope escalations
Monitor portfolio risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID) and intervene early
Track portfolio progress and outcomes to leadership on a regular cadence
Lead change management planning and execution within the client organization
Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and manage resistance
Act as escalation point for client conflicts
Own and maintain the client relationship at the executive level
Identify expansion or upsell opportunities and coordinate with sales
Represent the company in client meetings and industry events
Support contract renewal discussions by demonstrating value
Ensure solution adoption and measure business outcomes after implementation
Define and monitor success criteria and conduct retrospectives to improve playbooks
