Qualifications

7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, selling into large enterprises and/or government organisations.
Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales goals.
Experience selling HR technology, learning technology, assessments, SaaS, workforce transformation, or related enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive new business growth across Indonesia by building strategic relationships with enterprise and government organisations.
Develop and execute a robust pipeline strategy to deliver sustainable revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with compelling business cases.
Represent Pearson in client engagements, executive forums, and partner discussions.
Collaborate with leadership, marketing, partnerships, and product teams to expand growth opportunities.
