Job summary

PT Concentrix Services Indonesia seeks a Trainer II to deliver client-focused training for new hires, product updates, and ongoing development. You will mentor Program Ready Trainers, review curricula, and evaluate programs using feedback methods to improve outcomes.

The role requires certification in the Trainer Certification Program and collaboration with Operations to ensure agents transition to production with the required competency levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university.
• Two to four years of relevant training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day training classroom direction and monitor student progress.
• Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills with varied delivery methods.
• Prepare and present training materials through classroom learning and demos.
• Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics.
• Support Operations to transition agents from training to production environment.
• Maintain product knowledge through meetings and side-by-side observations.
• Communicate effectively with managers, peers and clients.
• Assist Instructional Design in creating training materials for various methods.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback methods to improve resources.
