Job summary

Exeo Global Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure telecom project milestones are met. You will monitor schedules, coordinate administrative tasks, and maintain proactive communication with MNOs and internal teams to prevent delays.

The role involves managing documents (BA On-Air, ATP, Walk Test), supporting travel administration, and escalating risks to project managers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, Management, or related field.
• A minimum of 2–3 years in project control, project administration, document control, or operator relations; telecom project experience preferred.
• Experience with Mobile Network Operators, telecom vendors, or rollout/implementation projects advantageous.
• Familiarity with BA On-Air, ATP, Walk Test, RPM, and approval workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules and remind PMs of deadlines.
• Manage RPM submissions and track approval status.
• Coordinate end-to-end business-trip process, travel admin, and expense settlement.
• Prepare, review, submit, and track BA On-Air and ATP documents.
• Follow up with MNOs to secure document approvals.
• Maintain project-control records and archives.
• Coordinate with engineers, PMs, and operators to finalize submissions.
• Support onboarding administration for new engineers.
• Escalate overdue approvals and schedule risks.
