Job summary

Exeo Global Pte Ltd is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and high‑performing environments for customers. You will deploy, monitor, optimize LAN, WAN, wireless networks, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related technologies, aligned with security best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Administration, Infrastructure Support, Systems Integration, or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment, system integrator, managed service provider (MSP), or value-added distributor (VAD) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain network infrastructure solutions.
• Install, configure, and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and related network devices.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching, and security issues.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, routing, switching, wireless, and security-related issues.
• Configure and manage network services, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, NAT, and routing protocols.
• Implement network security best practices, including firewall policies, secure remote access, network segmentation, and access control.
• Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, configuration backups, and disaster recovery activities.
• Monitor network health and recommend improvements to enhance performance, availability, scalability, and reliability.
• Prepare and maintain network diagrams, configuration documentation, and technical reports.
• Work closely with customers, channel partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful implementation, migration, and deployment projects.
• Provide technical support during project implementation, post-deployment, and post-sales activities, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues within agreed service levels.
• Participate in technical workshops, product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) activities, and customer presentations when required.
• Ensure network solutions comply with customer requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and organizational security standards.
• Stay current with emerging networking technologies, cybersecurity trends, and relevant vendor certifications to enhance technical expertise.
