Job summary

Qualifications

College diploma or above with proficiency in English or Mandarin.
At least 5 years of technical support experience in chemical additives.
Familiar with coatings, inks, adhesives additives and related industries.
Capable of independent market development and negotiations.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to sales team on chemical additives, including product selection, formulation, testing, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with cooperative clients' technical and production teams for pre- and post-sales support.
Research market trends and deliver regular technical analysis to guide product strategy.
Support lifecycle management of clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
