Job summary

PT KASTAR Advanced Chemical Indonesia is seeking a Sales Executive to grow our industrial chemical business in Indonesia. You will build long-term relationships with industrial customers, promote materials, and work with internal teams to fulfill orders.

Strong communication, English proficiency, and travel flexibility are essential. The role emphasizes new business development, meeting monthly and annual targets, and delivering informed product solutions with technical support as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmacy, marketing, business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience in industrial chemicals and raw materials is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented with strong business development ability.
Willing to travel for business trips when required.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Mandarin is an advantage.
Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Promote and sell industrial chemical raw materials to manufacturers and industrial customers.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions with technical team support.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and sales agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
