Job summary

PT. Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia, Tbk is seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Lead in Jakarta. You will guide end-to-end development of web and desktop apps, select frameworks, code- review, and ensure timely delivery across UI/UX, PM, QA, and DevOps teams.

The role emphasizes high availability, scalable solutions, and strategic technical decisions aligned with business goals, requiring 5+ years in full-stack development and strong DevOps knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack web development (Node.js, React/Vue/Angular, PostgreSQL/MYSQL, RESTful APIs).
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, DevOps practices, CI/CD, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Select and implement appropriate frameworks and technologies based on project needs.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, Product Managers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery of product features.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability and reliability.
• To lead and manage the end-to-end development of web and desktop applications using full-stack technologies, ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• This role is responsible for guiding the development team, making strategic technical decisions, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
