About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Delivery Lead to join our team on a contract basis, based in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a strategic leadership position that will Build and deliver the complete digital platform features architecture as an integrated platform of seaport & maritime logistics and Digital Public Infrastructure backbone. you will be responsible for connect ports, shipping lines, logistics providers, regulators, government agencies and other ecosystem participants. Improve maturity with immediate focus on architecture, testing, deployment, service introduction, sign-off and go-live disciplines. You will Deliver the roadmap through Stabilize → Standardize → Scale → Optimize.

Key responsibilities

Own assessment-to-implementation delivery across architecture, requirements, engineering, integration, testing, security, deployment, go-live and hypercare.

Establish canonical maritime data models, API/event lifecycle governance and reusable ecosystem onboarding patterns.

Create end-to-end transaction traceability, reconciliation, observability, SLAs and exception ownership.

Coordinate business/product teams, architects, engineering, QA, DevSecOps/SRE, security, operations, vendors, regulators and ecosystem participants.

Prevent integration sprawl, inconsistent data and premature go-live through enforceable standards and evidence-based gates.

Lead production implementation of valuable and responsible GenAI/Agentic AI use cases with evaluation, least privilege, HITL, auditability and rollback.

Manage scope, dependencies, risks, capacity, vendors, budgets and delivery performance across concurrent workstreams.

Collaborate with senior leadership to refine project methodologies and establish best practices for IT delivery

What we're looking for

15+ years enterprise IT experience and substantial leadership of complex multi-organization platform/integration/transformation programs, minimum at least 10 years in a senior or lead delivery role

Production-scale API-first, event-driven, cloud-native and Kubernetes delivery; microservices, gateways, Kafka, IAM and modern observability.

Production exposure to enterprise LLMs, RAG, vector databases and agent orchestration frameworks, including AI governance and evaluation.

Strong program governance, vendor management, stakeholder influence and executive communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
