Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Internet Banking and Mobile Banking projects.
• Coordinate with business, application, infrastructure, development and vendor teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear implementation plans and deliverables.
• Monitor performance and stability across Linux, Solaris, JBoss, Java 8, and Oracle DB environments.
• Perform technical investigation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for issues.
• Execute and monitor Linux, Solaris, JBoss, Java 8-based applications and Oracle DB tasks.
• Support SDLC and Agile processes from planning through post-production support.
• Coordinate system testing, UAT, deployment, and release management activities.
• Identify technical risks, issues, dependencies and provide mitigation/escalation.
• Collaborate with hardware, network, software and application teams to support implementation and operations.
• Prepare technical documentation and project status reports using MS Office.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients in English, written and verbal.
