Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive reporting.
• Experience in financial services, insurance or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience coordinating background checks and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialist roles across portfolios.
• Partner with hiring managers and C-suite on workforce needs and plans.
• Provide regular recruitment trackers and status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure pre-employment controls and compliance documentation are in place.
