FMI Field Management Ireland seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels in Indonesia, reporting to the Head of HR Indonesia.

You will drive executive searches, build scalable hiring processes for technical and blue-collar roles in East Java, and align with European standards while training interviewers and improving candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or Psychology.
• 8+ years in end-to-end talent acquisition in corporate settings.
• Executive hiring expertise for senior-level roles in Indonesia.
• International mindset with cross-border collaboration.
• Experience with modern ATS and data-driven recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive and full-cycle hiring across the company.
• Align local recruitment workflows with global European standards.
• Develop dual-track sourcing for white-collar and blue-collar roles in Mojokerto/Greater Surabaya.
• Facilitate interview training for hiring managers and TA team.
• Enhance candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Engage with universities and industry expos in East Java.
• Track metrics and report to local and global leadership.
• Adapt global initiatives like referrals to the local market.
